My first ev charging app due to the charging station I first arrived at the way home from a car dealer. The app charges minimum of 1e per month whether you charge or not and later I found out that I'd be unlikely to come across Virta chargers where I move, so I decided to cancel the account. Deposited money still left in the account was promptly refunded to my card without a fuss. I'll return without reservation should the situation change in the future.

It would be nice to see the charging rate (in kW) displayed on the app during charging. It would be nice to have a way to leave feedback about the charging station. I know the option appears directly after charging, but as an afterthought, it's not possible to go back to leave feedback. The app is ok, but the charging utilities need to improve - we need more, and they need to be more reliable and with faster charging rates.

1eur/month charge is pretty bad experience. Stop this. 30eur automatic top-up is ridiculous, you can just charge the card at every session or once a month. Stop this. Display the charging speed on the app. When charging at HEL airport (for example) the session shows a different charger ID than the one I selected. Confusing. But great network of chargers, so somewhat needed app (in Finland). Note that most EV users charge at home and don't need your app that frequently.

I was forced to register for a virta account because it's the company managing the chargers at my workplace. Otherwise, the business model of compulsory €30 first top up + €1 per month + €10 for the tag it's terrible. Yes, I know the standard reply I'm going to receive. Blah blah business model blah blah we are reviewing ideas blah blah you can use the first top-up. Really, why charging €1 per month? Ridiculous.

Virta support does not work, app gives error and when you try to log on online it does not work. Also calling support over 20 minutes no response. Please integrate support feedback into the app. If I'm already signed in why must I do it again? 17419 Kuninkaantie 19 charger could not be found and Kuninkaalantie 7 charger gave 16% less electricity one day versus the other over a 5-hour time period. Also, the pricing for over 2 hours charging isn't really reasonable when most cars charge 7.2kW/h.

Why the cost of charging is not shown in the app (or the website) without registering? Registration will cost 30eur and me they 1 eur, that is just ridiculously expensive to get price info. Makes no sense. Is it so expensive you don't dare to show the prices?
