App does not function as it suppose too, very difficult to register. Took many attempt to try to input email. And app does. So user unfriendly. When log in, app doesn't display a log-out QR scan. Can not log out!!!

First there is no mention int the first ads campaign that Shell is not included. Also, I could get discount on the first time at Chum porn. Then I used again at Rayon, but no discount found. The service center just replied that Shell is not included. So ambiguous and disappointed!

First time using app, there should be a notification or auto stop when charger disconnects. App instructions unclear that you have to scan out. Arrived back at home and was notified I was being charged 100 baht per hour for over time booked. Called customer service, and they could not find me in the system. Ended up driving back across Bangkok back to the parking space to scan the qr 3 hours later. Deleting this, PTT has lost my business for all things. App is useless in terms of support.

Can not scan qr. Have error wrong code. Need to call center with start charge and end charge. Very uncomfortable 😕 and can not plug off from my car must wait and lock, unlock again and again.
