★★★★★ I love packeta, storing my packages in a Z-BOX and being able to pick it up whenever is miles better than waking up early (esp. when I go to sleep at 2AM at times) and nervously waiting for some random person to call and then end up having the same exact 1:1 conversation. Not to mention if I don't pick up the phone, then I don't have a package and I have a mad delivery driver on top to deal with.

★★★★★ Could you please add themed icon for Android 15? I don't want to put this app on my home screen because it looks really out of place between all the other themed icons. Thanks!

★★★★★ I could not believe how easy this app is to use - tracking, payments - all so effortless. If I could, I'd use Packeta/Zasilkovna for all my orders, including international ones. Unfortunately Czech Post is in the way, useless and annoying as ever.

★★☆☆☆ UPD: contacted the support yesterday, they assured me they're on it, and no updates since then, the parcel is still in limbo. Original review: The service is beyond unreliable, and the support line is not helpful. 3 out of 5 deliveries to a package box near me were rerouted, and as there is no manned pickup point anywhere near, it was time-consuming and not free. One recent package appears to be lost, with the last update 2 business days ago "we'll deliver it today"

★★☆☆☆ I went to the locker 3 times, even chatgpt could not unlock the locker, poor app, poor locker, poor client service, working hours are only when I can not be in front of the locker, poor robot for helpline, avoid if you want a good service

★★☆☆☆ Cannot register/create an account for several months. After entering a valid e-mail address, the app just shows an error that there is a "suspicious behavior" and that's it. Why it thinks so? You will never know. How is entering a string of text they ask you for a suspicious behavior? Beats me. No help button to assist you. No fallback to registration with phone number. I would expect such bad product design from a high school student project.
