Overall good. Today is not working though. Every parcel, either at "my parcels" or manually searching it, gives instantly a fault code "parcel not found" in red letters. Also, (not really a problem) a lot of times, the tracking status appears not in the correct order. It would be nice to see an option to change the delivery to the ACS store instead of home delivery. Tried this with the AI bot once, and the parcel was lost for 2+ weeks. IDK, it could be coincidence. So maybe in the app better?

The app doesn't ask for NOTIFICATION PERMISSION. Therefore, you get no updates on your shipment.

Atrocious experience! Employees are lazy liars who report you weren't available to receive and leave your parcel in an acs box. In order to receive from the box the app needs to place you on a highly inaccurate gps. The verification sms/viber is delivered after it has expired! If you're lucky you might succeed after the 10th retry. The app has you connect to a link that doesn't work with all browsers. More complicated process than mathematic integrals. Also, phone support is lazy, callous and rude.

App doesn't provide any info about my incoming shipments, although I receive sms notifications to the same phone number. Also, App crashes when I push the "Acs member card" button.

Parcels are being sent back. And l am not clear about the pickup or when I am supposed to pick up they should at least phone before they send the parcel back after all it is paid for.
