Never pay online as they are not reliable in appointment booking. They blame either doctors or patients for any issue. Just building an app is not everything. They don't refund the card instead they refund into oladoc wallet. And now I'm can't use that because whoever doctor i tey to book appointment wants payment in cash. Medical industry need a bit more ethics than just business.

The online agent behavior is very unprofessional. It was my first experience and after charging money he warned me if you are 5 minutes late you will no longer be able to consult with the doctor. But upon joining the session a notification message is shown to wait for 10 minutes. First impression is the last impression.
