Worst experience on Marham! Booked a video appointment for Rs. 3500, but the doctor was unavailable. They suggested a Rs. 2000 doctor instead—ridiculous! Requested a refund, got no proper response. Upon regular requests, After a week, money was added to my wallet. Tried transferring to Easypaisa, amount deducted but never received in account. Extremely poor customer support. Lost money and trust.

Worst experience, waste of money. Very unprofessional behavior of Marham customer support and doctors also. Doctors just want to connect for maximum 2 minutes just to show they gave the consultation, but they are zero concerned about patient. I booked my consultation with two doctors one joined but scammed me that I'll disconnect for a moment but ended the consultation both doctors gave me hardly 3 minutes just and didn't listen me properly. Marham customer support is also a huge scam.

Worst experience. I lost my money that I spent in order to get consultation with doctor. I happened four times. I tried different doctors available at this platform, but every time after payment I get no response. No response even from the customer care (to which they called their customer care). It's loss of money loss of time.....
