All staff, every single person, who works at this Hyatt Andaz is warm, professional, and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location is great for a walking vacation, and the bed was very comfortable!

The rooms are well-kept, but the food situation is terrible. The on-site restaurant stops serving food at 9pm, and they lock up the marketplace at 10pm. Why would there be no food available to clients paying 250 more a night at a supposedly high-end commuter hotel. Why open a restaurant that closes early and isn't affiliated with the hotel? The staff always seems to be ready to say no and even when the bar is open people are ignored until they flag someone down.

Service is really terrible. Choose marriott. Accidentally booked a trip for an event under the non-event rate but non-refundable. Called within about 10 minutes of making the reservation when I realized it, despite being a member and having a massive Hyatt credit line, plenty of time, January with the event in May, and Hyatt wouldn't fix the reservation. Almost got fired for that when employer saw the credit card charge. No more Hyatt for our business travel.

If you have two rooms on your reservation, you cannot see the second one in the app? That's ridiculous. I was digitally checked in to two rooms that were 8 floors apart (which they cannot rectify because I am "already checked in", only received an email confirmation for one of those two rooms, and can only see the other room in the app. It's a mess, it's stressful, I have been trying to resolve this for hours with no avail.

New update is terrible. You click on pay with points option and doesn't list it by points anymore???! Lol why...why did you change it
