★★★★★ I bought these many years ago for my grandsons, and now I'm ordering for my great-grandson. I never tossed them. They were reused and loved by all 5 grandsons.

★★★★★ Thank you for fixing the app. However, there's a way you can further improve the app/website: picking substitutions again. Some people are on restricted diets, and some people don't want just anything as a substitution. It was a great option that a lot of people used. If you brought it back and improved it - because some items had substitutions that didn't show up as a possible substitution. For example, a2 milk - then I'm sure your ratings will go up and people would be way happier with Walmart.

★★★★★ Great service, friendly delivery people, and Paramount+ included in the Walmart+ package. Excellent savings. This service has made my life a little easier because I don't have to go to the store which frees up time for other things that need my attention.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to use their pickup and delivery services. Each time they state my items are out of stock, and every time I have been to the store afterward and there have been plenty in stock. My orders have been delayed and have missing items. I reach out to store management, and they said that they can't see online orders. Chat services online said they'll just escalate the issue. I was told I would get $15 in-store credit, but haven't received anything yet.

★★☆☆☆ Sparky sucks. If they could bring back the categories AND keep Sparky, I'd have no issues. But I'm upset I can't just browse by categories anymore. Sparky is awful, slow, doesn't give me the results I want, only gives me like three things to choose from, if it gives me anything at all. Bring back the categories.

★★☆☆☆ The amount of mistakes and unavailable items is ridiculous. I called cust service about shoppers not responding to texts, and he said that because it's Walmart, they hire Puerto Ricans, they don't know English! I told him it was racist and offensive, I'm Puerto Rican, I speak 3 languages. Texts can be translated at the touch of a button! Unbelievable! And why are they charging to reserve a delivery time when we are already paying for the service? I keep it for paramount plus
