All the one and two-star reviews scared me to download this app, but I was really desperate to get a ticket for a concert and decided to trust it... low key best decision I made, although risky, I had the best night ever. Just make sure AHEAD the event you're interested in is actually happening and wasn't cancelled + check what were the original prices, so you don't overpay, and I guess you can have as much fun as I did !

In December, I bought a ticket for June event through viagogo. I needed to travel from another country far away. Till the last moment (actually 2.5 hours before the show) viagogo was not able to provide actual ticket. The reason they gave me that the organizers are "not releasing my ticket". The day of the show they started to mention money refund or replacement of the ticket. Needless to say I lost a lot of nerves because of that situation. And my trip was partly spoiled.

I will never use Viagogo again I bought tickets in November for a February concert, only to be told after purchase that I wouldn’t receive them until Feb 24. Then they changed it to Feb 26 (event day). At 10:00 a.m. I still had no tickets—after a 45-minute call, I finally got them at 1:00 p.m., just 4 hours befor Instead of excitement and anticipation, I spent months feeling anxious and frustrated, not even knowing if I had a ticket. Do yourself a favor—never use Viagogo.
