It's ok. sometimes tracks subway trips, and I don't like that if I have to use my phone to text someone that I've arrived to pick them up, it counts as a phone use, even though I'm parked. It's also not transparent about how it arrives at the score it gives you. But a discount is a discount.

Doesn't distinguish between driver and passenger using cell phone. Learned today that the application records each drive/cell phone use, so when there isn't a valid "ding" against my score, I can explain why the actual use wasn't correct.

Hands-free calling should not be a hit AGAINST me. Hard braking is also a necessity sometimes while driving to avoid collisions, animals etc. you all need to do something different because I don't understand how the projected discount could be 1% . Just wild. USAA used to be great when I became a member 12 or so yrs ago, but I'm seriously considering switching because now you all are just as bad as everyone else but pricey & treat some of your members unfairly; won't mention which ones. 💅🏿
