★★★★★ Easy to use, shows your points, if you have rewards. You can activate links, so you get more points. If you shop at ulta frequently, ID def recommend that app!

★★☆☆☆ This app needs an update to fix the check-out glitches! Repeat low ratings all saying the same thing-we want to check out, but the bag is empty, or it won't recognize your payment or address? What gives ulta? Customers call in to the customer service line and met with lazy answers or told to go in the store. This is beyond frustrating & guarantee that ALOT of business has been lost due to this lack of accountability. I'll fix my rating, if the issue is resolved. But, it's been two weeks already

★★☆☆☆ The page has not loaded for the past week. I needed to order online some travel products, but now I have to go to another store, which I didn't want too

★★☆☆☆ I have been trying to make a purchase in the app since 5/18. Once I press secured checkout, I get a white page, even tired on my laptop same thing. I called ulta and I was told it's due to an update affecting some accounts. The fix is expected on 5/20 until then, the only option is in-store. It's still not working!
