Surprisingly, I find it very easy to use, accurate and provides several options for my journey, so I can choose whichever best suits me. Tried to top up my oyster, got stuck at "top-up processing" even after I confirmed with my bank. Need to kill the app (since no confirmation email received after 2 minutes waiting, it's safe) needed to go to my PC to top-up at tfl website. Previous and new app are still not great to top-up. UPDATED AFTER THE REPLY: Still the same, worked once now again, 'top-up processing', then bank asks to approve, I approved, and still the same. UPDATE: Waited a long time and now seems to be fixed. Thank you

Update: May 2025. Keep crashing. I am stuck in the middle of my journey because I was relying on the app. TFL Go is meant to be a critical app for travel in London. There is no point of having an app that is not reliable. Why create a new app that is much slower that the old app that was working beautifully. Top up on TFL Oyster was a breeze. It has become impossible to top-up on TFL Go. Been waiting 15 minutes and top up has still not gone through. Plus, no Gpay.

App had stopped working. No idea how much on my oyster card, history is 12 days out of date. The old oyster app worked better. 13/05 - signed out and back in and app is still not working.

I just had a bad experience with the app, a few days ago I renewed my bus pass for a week, the money was deducted from my account, but my oyster was not activated. And today I have the problem again, my bus pass didn't work, I added £10, the money was deducted from my account and my oyster didn't activate either. Where should I complain to solve this. It is really annoying
