You can improve specific charger redirect when we choose any charger from ira.ev app and click on charge button it redirects to EZ App but does not locate to charger that we choose in ira.ev app please if possible improve this

Very poor. They are scamming using Tata name by charging the highest rate for EV charging when using their fast chargers. Other chargers of similar capacity are much more economical and reliable

Just recharged the wallet and connected the cable to charge the car but the charging was not successful hence disconnected the charger and all the amount has been debited. To complain the same I tried calling the toll-free number which is unable to connect. What should I do now ?

Ridiculously expensive compared to others. 28 ₹/kWh without GST. 18% GST is deducted when you refill the wallet. So with taxes it becomes around 33 ₹/kWh. For me on nexon ev this makes around 3.5-4.5 ₹/km
