★★★★★ A useful app that has helped me prepare for my prostatectomy. Drops a star for the somewhat hard to read gray text and for the occasionally wayward reminders. At least the references to female anatomy appear to have been removed. No offense ladies but you've got your own app.

★★★★★ Excellent value at £3.00. This app has really helped me recover my pelvic floor after surgery for prostate cancer. I've been using it for approx 4 months and may use it indefinitely. Without it, I'd forget to do the exercises 3 times every day.

★★★★★ This app does exactly what it claims. It is brilliant for pre and post prostate Operations. Thoroughly recommended.

★★☆☆☆ App is fine, very basic. Can't recommend paying £3 for it... Read the free information on the NHS website, set reminders and use the stopwatch already on your phone - you don't need an app! Questionable whether NHS should be actively recommending this.

★★☆☆☆ App says; "If you are a man, pelvic floor muscle exercises are not recommended routinely." I asked if these exercises could be harmful to men who practice them for any reason?" They replied; "I can confirm that doing these exercises could not in any way be harmful to men who practice them." The app now says; "Pelvic floor muscle exercises are not recommended routinely for men, in fact some men may find that they are overworking these muscles, which can cause pain." I do not trust this app.

★★☆☆☆ How are we supposed to read all this tiny almost invisible text that is almost the same color as the background??????
