Cameras are not great. Not made 2 last. Not with heavy water involved. Plan or membership is reasonable if u have the lot of cameras. Close because ull need 2 retrieve them quite often 4 resetting or updates.

I have a 750-foot driveway. I have a driveway alarm that rings an alarm in my home when something passes by it. I use my Spy Point camera to know if my driveway alarm was triggered by an animal or a human, or a vehicle. It's great to know if what's coming down my driveway has 4 legs, or just 2 legs. These cameras are great for security, too.

Only if my Spy point cameras were submerged when we had record flooding. It was underwater for over a month. Once the water started receding it started sending pictures again even while mostly underwater. I am now getting pictures from it as is it was never underwater.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I bought my husband 4 spy point cameras. We paid the $120 each for the year for 2 of the cameras. The others, we set one on the free and one on the $15 monthly plan. The brand new twin pack bought at Christmas 2024 has already gone out. So I am out $120. I can not add another camera in that ones place. I will not be buying Spy point anymore. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. * I have one that is solar-powered it lasted about a year and half.

I have 2 cameras. One is solar, and the other is AA batts. Both cellular. With in 1.5 years both have defected on off with. Switch. They would not replace or fix.

Cameras take blurry, alternating over and under exposed images and share them at really worthless thumbnail resolution. HD pictures are only marginally better and frequently fail to upload. It's hard to tell bucks from does or raccoons from pigs. App features are poor compared to competitors and overall just a bad choice. I have tried them all and Spy Point is at the bottom of the barrel.
