Would appreciate if the product reviews were according to year item purchased, so it eases potential buyers. Also, please make it compulsory for buyers to leave a review of product. It's difficult to invest on an item sold to 10k people but with only hundreds of them giving reviews.

Why does my item always late, for the reason "unable to contact recipient" or "recipient request reschedule" and there's no update from courier, average delays always been 5 days to a week and half, and many of my item always got returned to the seller, I was pissed by this, and most importantly, when I paid for the doorsteps' delivery, it always ends up somewhere else, nice, now I have to drive 10-15 km just to take my parcels, you guys better take action with bad couriers
