App is terrible. Can't add locks anymore because the lock naming screen on Android hides the next button, cleared cache, reinstalled, just jank. Return your lock and buy from another manufacturer.

I used to love this app. This new update is horrible! I have one lock at one location and this app is a now way too complicated and confusing for that situation. I would love to have the old version back! I also HATE apps that constantly beg for reviews!!!

I've literally had this lock for 6 months, and it worked great before, but with this May "update" - more like a regression - my lock isn't connecting to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth keeps disconnecting, lock isn't locking when I press the lock button, likewise not unlocking through app even though app is saying unlocked. Garbage app made by a garbage company I guess. Also, I used to get late notifications when the door was locked or unlocked, now I get none at all. Way to go guys, you made it even worse! 👏

Now it's saying this app is not compatible with my device android 10, but I'm using it and it works still. Wth ---- old review below ---- can you please add more minutes section on the auto-lock? 10, 15, 20, 30 min. It's annoying when you go outside to do something for a bit, then its locked.
