I almost got discouraged by multiple negative reviews -[not dismissing these experiences]- still gave it a go. Well, I have to say I was agreeably surprised. Did not have any issue setting up, and I definitely prefer this new version. It's more in line with what you have with most modern mobile bank accounts. The information is clearer, quick to access, and less confusing - and yes, I love the fact that the screen is larger. I am using the same phone, but before, it was as if I needed glasses.

Can only give the app 4, because Only half of the app works. The app is so much better than the old one. Interface big and bold, layout excellent. Please, get this app up and fully working, and get rid of the old one.

Can't even logs in. Get an error stating "your device is not supported. It looks like your device has been rooted". (It hasn't). Great work Santander 🤣.

Useless app . Try to open it, and it just sits on reg Santander screen and won't get to login page ... no updates available so not an update issue ... been happening for a while now ... it's not worth the hassle !!

'Back' is tiny & hard to read. Page headings are small. Font sizes do not follow proportionally to the size set in OS. Grey text is too light and hard to read. Some pages, info has lots of white space others it's squashed. Lack of consistency. Having my cards in between accounts on dashboard is annoying. I don't need to see this on the dashboard, it means having to scroll to find the account info. Transactions have weird highlights and lots of space creating lots more scrolling. Old app better.
