★★★★★ I lost my email attached to my wallet and decided to open another account and somehow mistakenly sent funds into my second account and have been sending messages on all platforms no response since last week. I wonder when raven become this terrible. Sending messages since last week to resolve a simple transaction issue for an online banking platform seems unreliable. I couldn't do anything with the funds and just lying there with no one to talk to.

★★☆☆☆ I haven't been able to make a transfer from my account since two days now, this issue has been common in raven app, seems like you people are using our money for something else

★★☆☆☆ You guy debited for a transaction and refused to refund my money for two weeks now

★★☆☆☆ Decided to give this bank a second try today, and now I can't make transfers. Everything action is error here and there. When I'm done here, I'm deleting my account. Goodbye, Raven, I'm just glad I didn't fund it with huge amounts of money
