All I can say is don't bother the support won't help you get access to your account with endless automated responses, if theirs a game on the launcher you want to play find alternative ways to play it just doesn't use purple.

It's a joke, can't even receive a single verification SMS... This app is much like the twilio app who can't send and receive sms verification codes...

Fix the spam in global chat please... Sooo much spam from bots and scammers in L2m. Stream feature sucks if you're out and about. If you're streaming static content, yeah, it's grand, try lineage 2 m and it will chug. I've fast broadband on pc at home not on Wi-Fi and using 4g in the capital, so. Not sure why it sucks so much. I can watch 4k video on YouTube no problem. Streaming regularly crashes and the chat app takes ages to connect to L2m.
