The app is quite basic, it operates various functions to do with the car (HVAC/preconditioning, charge limit, recharging rate). Unfortunately I can't get my phone to work as a key and the app failed to work properly a few days ago, from what I would've thought were remote server issues with Polestar or their suppliers. It works quite well for the majority of the time.

Mostly reliable. Missing some minor useful features like more flexible charging options (day by day) or rolling up windows from the app, but it works well

Helps to control my car and over time has gotten a lot better. With different software updates to the car it's more useful than just checking the cars charge status, but there are still a few features that I would like to see, such as not having to sign in so often!

Useless. Can't connect to the car every second day. The app, according to Polestar, is responsible for re-creating charging limitations that I have deleted, which stops me from charging at full power. It fails to know where the car is roughly once a week, and to turn on climate control roughly half the time.

Used to be great? As of the Nov 27th update it just force closes after a few seconds. Can't figure out why. Completely unusable. Was going to come back and change my rating to say that they've fixed it, but the issue persists. And then you have to reset the app, go find the 2nd key, repair everything, and hope that it works again for more than a few days before the app starts to force close immediately.
