Great app. It shows the channel list with the live content; if you select a channel it shows the content of each day; and selecting a program shows the description, trailer, button to "watch now" and a button to record. Under your profile, you can easily find the program you were watching and continue to see, the list of programs already recorded and another list of future recordings. While watching a non-live program, you can go back and forth in increments of 10s. Suggestion: add a 30s button

It used to work in the past. Now the phone app just freezes after a few seconds. I have to listen on audio only. Edit: I followed the advice below, and even reinstalled the app, but still have the same problem. I have contacted NOS on messenger as requested. After six hours of really basic questions, they told me the problem is with my phone not the app! My phone is fine, pretty new, with the most up-to-date version of Android. There is some bug with the app.
