I got my new bite alarms off my wife today there new direction s9 with receiver didn't need to connect them as they already where which was handy I don't know wot everyone's on about with app not working its working amazingly well for me all alarm functions work on the app alarm battery life vol tone sensitivity night light so on there the best bit of kit I've ever owned by a long way and the app is the most amazing thing to happen to bite alarms hats off new direction on this beauty's

Well it was worth a try downloaded the app did what new direction sead to do and nothing happened using a Samsung A3 love the alarms just wish the app worked

Sat on the bank. When I found out there was an updated app. Got all excited. Downloaded and installed. Did all the preps as per the manual, opened the app and................................ nothing. Just like the previous one. High expectation higher disappointment

Doesn't alert when n1 alarms go off, often huge lag between alarms going off and app updating. Have to set the receiver to app mode every time. What's the point of it?
