The app keeps telling me it needs an update even though I've uninstalled and installed the latest version. It still lets me log in sometimes but half the time it tells me there's an update and forces me to the play store where there is no update available.

It is clear that this is a cash cow business that does not care about user experience. The app has been bad and remains bad. In reality, the needs are not that complex and yet is sub-par. Surely is not the only fish in the ocean, so BA, designers, developers and QA are just not doing the right job. Unable to download statements or notifications, keeps noticing needs update but nothing to update, unable to reassign transponder, etc.

Downloaded app, opened it up, and it says needs an update. Tried to update it 3 times. Went to log in off browser and won't let me. Changed password, got a successful email and still unable to login. Really???
