4 star for the app. App is good. Dyson Fan 1⭐️ $900 Hot and Cold air purifier fan from Dyson 1 star. $14 fan from Kmart 5 stars. Save yourself $886 get kmart fan. These are terrible as fan. But work OK as heater in winter if used in small room.

Thanks, Lindsey, for responding. It's unfortunate that the performance of your app is deteriorating! It used to be better. The graph of the overall "Air Quality" is good, but those of the individual components, particularly, that of the VOC, is certainly incorrect. The dominant pollutant that the graph shows for a previous period is also wrong. The dominant pollutant that the monthly report shows is also wrong. Just check the data manually to realize what I am saying. Please correct these.

Pretty darn good. But it has issues I didn't expect from a Dyson product. They did work to resolve issues, including replacing the unit, but my mom's (different brand), seems to be the better value so far, including less costly.

I can not linger add a device that used to be linked to this app, won't find it or recognize the serial number. Since the remote is gone, the fan is now stuck in one mode. I do not understand the motivation of phasing out support.

After the update recently, I am having trouble with the app. I am not allowed to turn on and off my dyson anymore. It lags tremendously, and my Wi-Fi hasn't changed. Before the update, the app was working perfectly.

It truly is a sign of how much worse everything is getting that they overhauled the UI of the Dyson app...to add a button at the bottom that lets you buy more Dyson products. And it's highlighted in green to get your attention more. It's not like this is a feature anyone wanted, or that makes anything better, it's there specifically to make the app worse. EDIT: And these patronizing responses from the developer that try to hand wave away the problem they created just makes it worse.
