Ordering via App NEVER works! Gets stuck at "sending your order to the kitchen". (BK in Mensch)

Not working very well... tried to place an order for eat in at BK Handwoven. App working very slow... no option to multiply specific items in your order... you have to select everything again from start. Added a reward for 550BK (coupon €10) but app returns that the coupon reward is out of stock... 🙄 how can a coupon being out of stock... pls explain... after trying multiple times and losing half an hour I decided to cancel the order... BK pls fire the app maker...
