Usually this works well for paying for the bus but sometimes when you open the app it gets stuck on the loading screen indefinitely, even if you restart the app or your phone. Kind of weird bug

Does not work on cellular data, only on Wi-Fi. So basically it is useless when out and about in the city. I don't need a bus ticket when I'm at home!!!
