The free version of the app won't work but a Gymondo rep responded very quickly to my query and i) took steps towards fixing the issue ii) agreed that Google Play had a pending fee on my account after the 7-day free trial although Gymondo did not have a record of the free trial. Happy with how this was dealt with and can't wait to try the workouts, they look great.

In my Opinion, by far the best Fitness App out there. Only thing I'd change: Language. You can either have english or german. Why not Both? Why can't I choose what training in what language? I want my meditation in german. Since they're not with a video. But I want alll english speaking trainers, to speak english. Sadly there is a synchronization once you change to german. Nothing is worse than synchronization. 😓 Please let us choose directly in the program, not in my overall profile. 🙏🙏

The workouts are great, I was totally happy with this app in the beginning (during free trial). After subscription the app is not working properly any more (workouts are starting again after finishing, workouts counting double even if I have done it once a day). Support has been contacted 2 days ago, no response yet. Will rate higher depending on response of app support. Update: It's been two weeks now and there is no update or solution.

Just beware, you may have been like me and got lured in by a discounted offer. The subscription automatically renews without warning. I was debited €83.99 and when I requested a refund as I no longer use the app I eventually got an email reply after 8 days saying it was with in their terms and conditions. I understand this is how subscriptions work but an email to advise the renewal was due would have been appreciated, although then they probably would not scam as many people out of money.

I always thought Gymondo was good, and the workouts are really good until I had to deal with the customer service. It's the worst customer service ever. Email is the only way to contact them and I did that several times over a period of 20 days. I didn't get any reply. My Gymondo app says I have a 24-month subscription, I don't use it anymore but when I go to my Google account and subscription, it says my subscription was cancelled, and I am not a member. I just want my money back. So frustrating!
