I usually Love traveling with good Greyhound drivers, especially when they let you know if a station won't be open in frigid weather and allow you to get off at a place open to the public! I once nearly froze per an ignorant driver dumping riders at a closed station at 3a.m. in 17° with wind-chill making it like 3°, which was 6 blocks from an open gas station! I had to wait for an hour for my ride to get there because it was too cold to not be protected by the side of a building from the wind!

I had a great trip until Pittsburgh our driver was hollering out of control because ppl were trying to find seats. Then he pulled over on side of road (unscheduled stop) threatening a couple about there phone saying he will cool off and maybe get new driver. 8:40 on 6/14/25. Never had driver's hollering acting out of control in my many travels cross-country.

can't contact a customer service rep for current travel. I was told there would be complimentary internet. I actually had to pay $3.99 for internet just so I could send this to you. I am a disabled vet and will be filing a report to have you and we salute investigated for your current practices. After all was said and done on my last 2 trips with you my supposed discount was eaten up in the fees it cost to join we salute as required by you to get your meager discbguess that's all im aloted to say u

This bus company just plain out has no respect for its customers and makes it impossible to get refunded as well not customer friendly in any way and from my last experience the driver almost cut me in half while entering bus with folding doors and was very disrespectful in every way this company should be shut down and probably sued for being so disrespectful

The driver's think there God I waited at the bus for ten min with the driver telling me I'm late he just closed the doors and I had to buy another ticket to finish the one I bought, and they don't want to refund me. The bus stank like piss each bus I got on (was 4)the plugs didn't work and couldn't charge my phone.
