I love this app, it does almost everything I need for my business to make it so easy and seamless for me. I would like to see more options for website customization. Where we can add extra pics in the about me section. I also wish that after checking out a client, their appt will turn a specific color. But this app is so worth every penny.

As a client, I can't find my future appointments without digging through all my texts to find the link to one of my past appts. Either that or I have to bother my nail tech to send me the link. Why can't you have clients create an account, like every other scheduling software out there, so they can easily just log on and book/make changes/view their upcoming appts? I really hate this scheduling software.

It's convenient to have everything in the same app. That's all the good I can say. In order for me to get some of my features back, I have to switch to gold and pay more for an app that crashes way too often. I had to let at least 5 clients leave without paying today. This is not the first time. I've texted, emailed, chatted and called with zero answer or resolution. In fact, my call was disconnected twice after a lengthy wait both times! The quality of the app and customer service has plummeted
