I am simply trying to find the arrival of a flight that my daughter is on and this app does not do that, also the 10 min free parking is a scam nobody gets free 10 mins parking in car park 1 or 2 it's disgusting that NCP can get away with theft every time a car leaves the car park within 10 mins

I created a profile on the website when booking parking. These details were not accepted by the app and I had to create again. It does not contain any link to my booking so pretty pointless if it doesn't integrate with the website. Taking me externally to the website effectively means I need to sign in again which defeats the purpose. Get everything linked and I'll revise my score.

Very bad. No bookings show correctly, and the chatbot is terrible. It answers the opposite to what you ask.
