Providers just waste your time. 2hrs of back and forth just trying to get a different antibiotic that will work. Play 50 million questions to not get anywhere when you've provided everything but you're firstborn to them.

I gave them my information and the emailed me "I believe your questions have been addressed." No appt, no doctor, no lab work, no report... They did ask if my insurance covered a medication, so expect to do all the work yourself. Convenience if 24/7 means a reply will take from 24 hours to 7 days later than Galileo is for you. It's their app that I am rating not my insurance.
