DOES NOT WORK. Samsung S24FE and the app will not function. ***UPDATE*** After speaking with customer care rep I discovered that the problem was user error. I was accustomed to using the app on an iPhone which has a different method of performing a scan than Android. Once this was explained the Android version functioned as expected. Recommendation to Abbott: have your Apple and Android development teams coordinate their respective app's interfaces more closely.

Update next morning - I woke up and attempted to scan and it worked. I missed all of my data over the night, but it's working! 🙌 I have been using this app for 5 years now, and it always has worked great, informing me about my sugar levels. However, after today's update (6/8/2024 ver. 2.11.2.1107) it's no longer giving the reading after scanning nor is it logging in the log book. I just started a new sensor today and now it's useless.

The Libra Link plain and simple does NOT work. It stopped working when you had your last update. I've contacted your IT people several times with absolutely no news on when this app will be fixed.

The app is supposed to work with their product but doesn't. It tells you the app won't work when you try to scan, but doesn't tell you which app will.

Keeps saying start sensor again or sensor is loose, and it is not, and it won't work period. It has all permissions on my phone. Solid internet connection and Bluetooth is turned on. I just bought a brand new 100 phone, so I can use them, but the sensors won't work

The app doesn't work with any of our Samsung phones! BTW, the sensors themselves are absolutely unreliable. From the 4 that I have used so far, all have had serious inconsistencies with the actual readings of the traditional finger stick glucometer. I strongly recommend against this product(s).
