My car lift 😔 gets cancelled by the taxi drivers all the time most of the time 😞 even if you see my mother in the ground are my father poor 😭 add a new ask to wait for them, they won't wait for you 😭 and you're willing to pay them to wait for you 💕😘 can you tell him please could you wait my father is getting his payment inside 😭 but then he won't wait and let your father in the street without a taxi 🚕 how many dislikes you on his add ratings, and then he said you're not giving payment 😔

Tried requesting a ride with this app for the first time in London. Gave it plenty of time but no drivers accepted, so cancelled the request. Got an Uber instead which arrived in about 5 minutes. Then halfway home I start getting notifications from Free now saying the driver has arrived! Ended up with a £6 cancellation fee. The request was definitely cancelled, my partner literally watched me do it. Throw this app in the bin.

Free Now does not offer any riding security. No pin code for collection, can't cancel an ongoing trip, so a driver can tell the app they picked you up and drive away. Their customer support takes more than a week to reply, even in emergency scenarios. Taxi driver charged €25 without collecting me, and Free Now just offered me a €10 coupon, not even refunding the trip. Uber provides a more secure, and global experience. In reply to dev: I've already reached out via the app support, to no help.
