It worked for years and now it doesn't. I do not have a computer to log into. I use my phone and my tablet (Samsung). Very frustrating. Now I have to wait until Monday and go to the Bank and get this straightened out.

This app is terrible. There is a new list of phones that are incompatible. The Samsung Galaxy note 9 is not on that list, but play store says it is no longer available. Hope they get their stuff together.

It would be convenient if it works even half the time. I am always having to uninstall & reinstall & then it's not guaranteed to work. Someone really needs to fix this app. I have had this bank for a year and a half & the app still sucks.
