I just downloaded Fit Mind Mind Training app. I am scared it won't work for me either but, I will try it. I have epilepsy, I have multiple types of seizures. I have episodes many times throughout the day, where I go in and out of consciousness. And every time I try to meditate, try to do exercises mentally, I go into an episode. God, I call my Higher Power God, made our minds to do things. I want that without having these episodes. I hope this works. Thank you.

The app is fine. It was a good way to try different methods of meditation. My issue is with the payment processing. I started monthly then upgraded to a yearly subscription. It never occurred to me that subscribing to the yearly would not automatically cancel the monthly. So for the last year I have paid for both the yearly and the monthly subscription. The app is not anywhere close to worth that, so it gets one star.

Very disappointed that you need my credit card to try the week free. Unfortunately I am not in a position where I have a credit card right now. I wish I was able to purchase the membership but wanted to give it a try at least and see if I could see the value. For this I give it a 1 star.
