I appreciate 7 day free trial, but monthly pmt is a little high and wish the monthly was a lesser amount. The service that is offered and provided is good to rebuild credit. don't sign up these people are crooks I signed up for the free services and nothing else, now im being charged 29.95 for no reason iv tryed multiple times through the app and websites to access my account but I can't im hit with a pay wall every time. Im not to good at monitoring my finances but just noticed these guys have been charging me that fee for a while now I can't even call iv sat on hold for hours and nobody ever picks up

This company is totally incapable of creating an app that actually works (I provide my sign in info, but it never sends me the 6-digit code to login), yet they have the audacity to rate my creditworthiness. This marriage of sheer arrogance with gross incompetence is a complete abomination. If this is the way they operate, I shudder to imagine the number of errors they're putting in everyone's credit reports.
