TO BE IMPROVED: if you need to leave the chat for some reason (for example, to consult article reference), the chat is reset to zero, and you need to start all over again. Very irritating.

The app is unfortunately unusable for English speakers. In order to understand anything, you need to open the ECI website on Chrome and let Google Translate it for you. I'm trying to learn spanish. But there's no way I am fluent enough to shop through a spanish-only app. They could even put in a disclaimer that the english translations may not be 100% accurate. It's funny because the name of the company is The English Court.

Customer support is a disaster, they have 0 information about the client's situation and won't help. I bought 3 shoes, and they came in 3 different packages. One delivery had an incident, so I called and asked to resend me the shoes if they weren't damaged. 2 days later, I see them again online on sale, the exact size I ordered, only one pair. I called again to ask why they had put the shoes on sale and I was reassured AGAIN I'd get my shoes. Days later, I get a refund bcs they were sold.

Such a shame. The app from year 2005. I bet the "developers" and the management get solid salaries for this... Elcorte Ingles is a rudiment, they failed to realize and transform into the new digital world, and they only still exist because the spanish society is very traditional and relaxed. In any developed country this chain would have already be a bankrupt. I really wish to meet the management of the IY department and look them in the eyes... Que verbena esta app y su servicios!!!
