Every time I log out, and log in again...the screen showing "device is connecting.".I have to delete the device and do configuration again.

I updated the easy life app 3.8.4 to this one, but it's not working, my cameras have stopped and when I enter details it says device does not exist 🤔 now all my set-up has ruined I don't know if this is the new version of easy live 3.8.4 . I have ajax device security purchased since 2021 .it's a a week with this issue .
