Failed at the first hurdle First chart I tried to create, the app crashed when I tried to add my own reward image.

This app is useless without customizable pictures. I notice from reviews this is an old problem, and you have chosen not to fix it. You shouldn't even have a customizable option if you're not going to make it work.
