★★★★★ I am really happy to be able to have a Video call with a doctor. Great tool

★★★★★ It was so easy to make an appointment using the application. I've got a video call appointment in few hrs and as requested I've got a doctor who speaks English as well. The doctor had a really nice approach and clearly explained what's the next steps needed to be done. Will definitely use it again.

★★★★★ I really like the remote service offered - it's such a time saver - but it's a bit annoying that I've set up fingerprint access yet still have to manually log in afterward. If that part of the app was fixed, it would be perfect.

★★☆☆☆ Bad App. €1k per year for this nonsense. Won't allow you to log in by telling you if you have access online to "My Client Area" then you need to re-register. It then offers no way of using a new password yet won't recognize your okd password. Absolutely dire app. Will not be renewing next year. Like most things in Spain ambiguity and needless errors ruin everything, and they hold themselves unaccountable.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to log in, keep crashing all the time. DKV app is useless..... at the moment.
