If possible, please try to add rocket/Vikash which we can direct transaction saving in my personal account (no media). On the other side try to add an automatic calculater which is help for how much money do I have to pay every month if I take a loan (Real pay + interest). Thanks again.

Why the minimum limit for loan repay is 10000 I just took an instant loan and now I can't repay in installments

This app is not rated user-friendly. Why should it needed to go for nearest office if someone already have an account in dhaka credit. Only office can check details accounts information and verify it through valid mobile OTP.

This is not very user-friendly. You have to go to the hq for registration. I have used other banking apps too. I just need to provide my informations and the bank verified my details via call and some questioning. So the matter of safety issue is a lame excuse. Instead, you should focus on how you can give us more facilities in safe way. Develop YOUR farewalls and datas.

Lots of bugs, and doesn't work properly. Bad service most of the time, you guys should work the app more and properly give service to the members. I'm severally disappointed in dhaka credit app.
