This app advertised a low monthly subscription fee. However, I was unexpectedly charged $99.98. The app description made no mention of an initial trial period converting to a higher price. This is deceptive & unfair. I contacted customer support, but they haven't responded to my refund request. Be extremely cautious before subscribing to Dance bit. The pricing is misleading, & the lack of clear communication regarding trial periods & automatic subscription upgrades is unacceptable.

Poor video quality, and when I have used it on the tv, it cout out the feet completely, so couldn't see dance moves. Very difficult to cancel your subscription. I have cancelled mine, and then it was back on and took money without any forwarning it would do so, like you have with other subscription services. Tried to speak to support, very unhelpful as subscription fees are unrefundable. I really regret getting it in January whe it was advertised that it was for free for women over 40 and wasn't
