I think this app is a much needed and great concept for families looking for options with caregivers. It helps families stay connected no matter where they are in the world when a family member's health starts to decline. I would highly recommend this app as a starting point for finding care.

Does not serve the function intended. Only the admin can see notes, medical tracking of loved one etc. even when app is shared with others. Totally defeats the purpose!! Information is not shared and coordinated between contacts!

This app doesn't let me see the videos I need to see for training and when i wamted to write to help center it shows a message on the screen when I try to send it saying that" the feature is in progress" and that is it🤦♀️ so it doesn't let me send the message 😮💨

Purchased the safety device through Amazon. Since then, I'm unable to Create an account and have not been able to reach customer service. They do not return their calls either. Due to poor customer service I return the device quickly.
