This app was amazing during our cruise. We had easy access to everything going on the entire trip. It was easy to communicate with everyone in our party without having Wi-Fi. Ship maps and places to eat with menus available made it easy for planning. We would definitely use this app again. Great Job Carnival!!!

I tried 8 times on android to check in online & get the same response over and over again printed in Red: "This booking and last name does not match and cannot be found ". I called the Carnival Cruise helpline and was informed to wait until the 20th which is 14 days before the cruise. I tried on the 20th & 21st, today and still nothing 😠. Wth? I have a ticket from the travel agent. I created and registered my information to carnival, so I log in to check-in&negative response?? Uninstalling now!

This app is so buggy, does not work well with Android, requires multiple log ins as it just redirects to a web page and is not a true app, instead it is a web app. I have had to re-enter data so many times, just giving up on it. Used Royal C app last month, not a single issue. Makes me nervous for the cruise if they can't even get the app right
