I booked a reservation and paid through the app and at no point does it state that you need to pay a $400 deposit at the rental location and have a credit card or flight ticket to pick up the rental car. When I went to pick up the rental car, I was told that I have to pay a $400 deposit and I can't pay with my debit card unless I have a flight ticket. So, I was basically denied the rental vehicle I paid for. Now, the app states that I can't cancel or get a refund! CARLA IS A SCAM! DON'T USE IT!

This company is a fraud. They don't have offices in the USA. They are based in Turkey. They steal your money and never pick up your phone calls again to demand a refund.
