C4 keeps you up to date with crime and traffic. There is also a feature where you can report issues with the traffic lights, and I have witnessed results. Who ever created this app needs a raise.

If you live in Precinct 4 in Harris County (i.e. Houston), Texas, you need this app for sure. All the law enforcement data in that precinct pretty much in real-time. Notifications can be a bit overwhelming, but can be customized.

It's not really workable app. Has to be added attach video file or photo of current violation especially traffic violations. As red light crossing, no blinker, traffic abstraction. That's will make this app better.

Never could get the notification pushes, so the app is rendered useless for me. Will keep checking on it. FYI: reinstalled, clear cashe, reboot on a Motorola e5 Play with Comcast.

Please work on the notification settings. App was ok, but notifications were too much there was no way to disable or decrease.
