★★☆☆☆ NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I got a new phone, NO ONGER HAVE ACCESS TO OLD PHONE, ported all info and apps to new phone through Samsung and Xfinity. Has stored my Master password in Google so that I wouldn't forget it. Tried to log into the account on the New phone. Master password popped up like it is supposed to from Google, INCORRECT PASSWORD! Tried looking it up on Google, according to websites there is NO WAY TO RECOVER YOUR MASTER PASSWORD!!!! Now can't ACCESS ANYTHING!!!!!!

★★☆☆☆ I appreciate your response. I did everything that you suggested, and I know the correct password and nothing has worked. I am thinking that the only solution is to do a reset which means I will lose my passwords. (old post) I've had the paid version for years. As of today, I can no longer access wallet with my password or biometrics. I have utilized all the suggested remedies and I still cannot access the wallet cloud version password vault.
