I have been using Allianz for over 10 years without a single problem. I had a small issue with a flat tire where the car rental company tried charging me $800 for a new tire, luckily, I had Allianz car rental insurance and the claim was dealt with immediately and professionally. The manager at car rental facility was not too happy that I had this insurance, but I was very happy that this claim was taken care of before I returned the car later that day. The negative reviewers most likely TROLLS!

The app is improving. I was able to easily submit a claim from the app on my last trip, and it was handled in record time! I do wish I could store accommodation and cruise reservations along with my plane reservations though.

Keeps restarting on the most important. Uploading documents. Also, the chat screen NOW interrupts the file a claim process

Don't waste your money with them. Policy docs read as if you can move the coverage if you need to postpone for a covered reason. But nothing on the app lets me do that and the degree of pain to file a claim rapidly outweighs the benefit of moving this "coverage" (if it even would let me - the limited upside does not warrant the effort to find out).

This app, this service, terrible. I keep trying to file a claim, and the app, the website, just reloads the page. For the insurance? Absolutely terrible customer service. First thing they say to me is that I will not be approved most likely. I didn't even say anything! Just worst

Unable to log in. The entire login page is not visible, and it does not allow me to scroll to the bottom. I need to have a large font. This prevents the login page from displaying entire page. The app is not compliant with ADA.
