Love the drivers. Don't care for unmasked riders. Plus if heat kills covid why is the bus, so cold seems that would make the covid more. Most drivers (thank goodness) won't move the bus until passengers mask up. Bless them.👍😊 Turn heat up be the stop to the virus.!!!

This is a good app, it helps me keep track of the bus schedules which is really helpful since I ride buses a lot. I would've given it five stars but for some reason the buses I favorite disappear after a few hours which gets annoying because I end up having to search back up the bus and favoriting it again only for it to once again disappear when I know I had favorite buses

Line 20 on acc transit needs to add attest 2 more buses as one is always breaking down, but I still give it a 5 star

The app is decent, mostly accurate arrival times, tells you if a bus is canceled, next bus arrival times, etc. One consistent problem I've been experiencing is when I would switch to My Favorites, and it'd delete all my favorite bus stops. It happens once in a while but it's very annoying as I have to manually type in and search each and every bus every time that happens.

Crashes ALL THE TIME!! It would be great if it didn't keep crashing and every time you moved you had to reboot your phone. Sometimes you get real-time sometimes nothing. It's a time to meditate because you have no idea when the bus is arriving 2.23.22-- still crashes all the time and wipes out favorites. Better than noty but doesn't work well UPDATE 7.25.23 great -- an update, and now it just plain doesn't work. Good grief

I love that it makes it easy to Clipper card is easy is amazing when the drivers do what they're supposed to do I actually had to report to drivers but in the end I put a complaint, and so I love this I just moved from Oklahoma, so I am learning California all the mini Transit bus things that you guys offer but empty, and I wish that you guys would tell you all drivers to let somebody know if they're too full because of covid instead of passing me I actually miss my appointment today not happy

Frozen, can't interact at all. Loads my location but won't load any stops. None of the buttons respond nor the map. I reinstalled and restarted my phone and the app.

App is currently non-functional and non-responsive, even on a reinstallation. None of the bus lines show up, and you can't select anything or get any touch screen response. I use this app all the time, and it seemingly happened overnight.
